Hello,I worked for an FM CG for more than 2 yrs and resigned due to my family problems in the month of march.I have taken a loan from the company which I re-payed somewhat late in the month of July itself. But till now I was not given relieving and experience letter. They replied me it takes some time.Even I received a Bonus letter and they asked to fill in and send it to company which I did 20 days before. But till now they have not relieved me.Even i handled my territory to a new candidate before I left. What might be the reason for late issue of relieving letter????

It happens in some organization that process becomes slower in these terms. Keep following them, you should get all the official document may be in a week.
Thanks

Well i would suggest you to visit them again personally and speak about it. There maybe something which you have to know.
Generally F&F take 1-2wks but relieving letter can be issued to you timely, therefore, you have to meet HR manager for the reasons ..Community cant give you the exact reasons or what was left pending but possible reasons and i believe the best idea would be to make a direct inquiry about it.
Visit them and get it done at the earliest. Best of Luck
