Hi,

I am Awadhendra Kumar Tiwari, I was working in Chetu from last 1.4 year. Here I want to discuss few problem which I am facing today. Actually before 3 month I resigned from Chetu and then they had given me an increment letter. I accepted that increment but I did not signed any document. But that document mentioned that if you accept this increment then you can not leave company for a one year. But now I don't want to work on there and I had resigned from there. I am ready to serve my Notice Period but they said to me to complete my exit process. I had completed all exit process and return all things which is company provided. Till now I did not take incremented salary. But now they are not giving me relieving letter and etc. And when I am trying to meet with HR they are not meeting with me. They had accepted my resignation and I had completed all exit process but they are not giving me relieving letter.

Here I want some suggestion that what can I do now. As I had did some mistakes and stuck in a big problem. Please help me.

Here I want to mention one more thing that I accepted letter by hand but I did not signed on any document and letter which I accepted that have mentioned that if you accept this letter then you can not leave company for another one year and if you are leaving company before a year then I will not provide your documents like relieving letter etc.

Here I want some suggestion that what can I do now. As I had did some mistakes and stuck in a big problem. Please help me as it is very important for my carrier.

Hi Awadhendra,
I’m working as HR in a consultancy firm in Delhi. A few questions before thinking over the suggestions:
- Was the increment part of the review process?
- Was there any OTHER reason for Increment?
- What were your reasons for leaving?
- You have mentioned in your last statement “As I did some mistakes and got stuck in a big problem”, what mistakes are you referring to?

Please serve them resignation letter in this format through internal dak, Registered post and take the receiving. No one is bonded labour in free India

Due to personal reasons, I …………………………………… , (Designation) ………………………………., (Employee ID), ……………………….. has decided to resign from the services of (Organization Name)…………………………….. with Immediate effect. I wish to be necessarily relieved from my duties with effect from …………………….
Please intimate me about payables/receivables and other formalities necessary (if any) for final settlement and proper relieving as soon as possible.
