Dear Shallu,

We have withdrawn the PF Amount for our International Worker using of the same Forms (Form 10C and 19) IW have Account in India then only its possible. .India Signed Social Security Agreement with some Country. If your International worker is coming under that means you can withdraw the amount. Still you are Contributing PF amount for them? You are exempted to contribute if the SSA had done with the concern International Worker Country.
