Dear All,
Is it possible to transfer Provident fund of rejoined employee to new account.
If yes which form is necessary to fill?
How long the transfer process should take?
If no,
Will RTI query to EPFO might help in getting the resolution?

Dear Sir,
The re-employed person can even continue the old number if the management accepts and in case of non withdrawal.
The Employer can give new number on re-employment, in such case, he can transfer the previous P.F.account to the present number account.
It will take maximum one month for transfer of your account.

Dear Mr. Gurumurthy,
It can not be possible for old account number continue. If the employer has submitted his name in deletions list i.e Form 10 monthly return (of course it was in online now) information his name will be deleted from the list, at that time a new number should be allotted.
