Dear Seniors,
Greetings for the day,
I have done my MBA in HR and I have one year experience in Core End to End recruitment, Recently I have selected for a Edible Oil Manufacturing company as a Executive Trainee - HR, In this company will be generalist profile, my profile's 80% contents IR activities such as Contract Labour Management, Their legal issues, their wages and salary issues, Labour and trade union issues etc and this company confirm me only on the basis of my performance.
Please suggest me some thing so I can improve my theoretical and practical knowledge in these areas. Should I pursue any course or Law related course?

Actually I am a beginner in this area, I tried books of labour law but that don't have examples and case studies for every section and rules. this very typical to understand a law Act without a example or a past case theory. May you please suggest me some labour law books with examples. and
One book on Specifically on the subject of Industrial Relation and its functions and activities.
