Hi All
Am working as HR -Executive in depot for one reputed company. It is depot where the continued support & function (C&F Agency ) taken care by the one contractor who looks after the entire activities of the depot where they also deploy the sub contactor to support their daily activities and we as company representative have to ensure that all activities ( statutory payment, salary, safety etc.) carried smoothly.
And now my query is who will be the principle employer "company or the C& F agency.."
