Please any condition send me a Minimum wages of Maharashtra From July'13 to Dec'13,
Its very urgent., because I don't want make arrears challan of EPF And ESIC and also pay sheet, Because so many employee on contract base working in the July month, so I want make the payment as per Revised Minimum wage wef from July 2013

Dear Dipak,
The relevant notification does seem to have been released. I shall share with you the moment i get it.
As regards your concern on arrears of PF&ESI, i feel you are not doing anything wrong. Let us look at this example:-
You get promotion / increment in July14 wef from April 14. What would you do. You will pay pf contributions on the difference of "salary" after your salary is revised in July 14. Likewise, you can treat these contract workmen too.
However, the increase in July might take some workmen out of ESI. But, the contribution will continue up to the end of the current contribution period irrespective of the increase.
So, go ahead and make the deductions on the current salary and remit the contributions 'before the due date.'
