Hi,

First you need to choose your role in HR. i.e. Recruitment, Training and Development, Generalist profile, Industrial Relations, Payroll, Performance Management, Corporate Communication (Corporate HR).

Once you choose any one or more, you may look for some small courses in the respective subjects, IFCAI and some other reputed institutions are offering various post graduate certificate course in various subjects in HR.

Alternatively, to increase your qualification you may also do M.Phil and later on PhD. (if you feel like to continue studies for some more time).

warm regards,

Dear Umesh,

Thank u very much for ur valuable suggestions.
i m very much interested in generalist profile of HR so is their any courses that includes everything.
Becoz my current job profile includes everything i.e. recruitment, induction, making policies, performance appraisal, pay roll as I am the only HR of the company.
According to you which option is good to go for a specialization or go for other option that includes everything

Hi priyanka,

Its Romy here

You are already an MBA HR so what else best could be than this generalist PG Degree.I don't think you should do any other generalist Course

You can go for Specialised courses on SAP HR

Recruitment & Selection will be best option as I think it is evergreen process.

Romy
