Dear HR community,

Let me introduce myself. I work in an BFSI MNC as Assistant manager-Human Resources. Currently we are evaluating HR Automation solutions form reputed vendors.

Our employee strength currently is more than 6000 and is poised for growth ( double the strength in couple of years). So we are only looking at vendors like Peoplesoft, SAP and Adrenalin.

I am a part of the project team and would like to know the following.

During this stage, what exactly are the stages right from evaluation of systems?. If anyone in this forum has been a project member in a similar project, it would be of great help if the broad stages can be explained.
