Labor Contract Licence Renewal

We are a company registered under the factories act situated near Mumbai. We have got a contract labor license which was due for renewal on 31 Dec 2012. We had initiated the request but the labor officer is not renewing the license since he is expecting some solicitousness. We do not want to pay any thing unaccounted. Seniors please guide how do we the same renewed because during factory inspection the factory inspector first checks the labor license.

If your enclosure are correct and labour department has accepted the application, wait it is his duty to release labour licence withhin period or he is questioned by his reporting boss as their accounability
