Hi,
If you want to enter into the field of HR then you need to qualify yourself in both academics and in professional life. If you have time and money please make yourself available for a full time MBA else its better to go for a part-time MBA. Please don't opt for distance mode because your learning's are very less. Read lot of articles and spend time to understand people and their attitude. Visit sites like Cite HR and read others experiences. Spend time in knowing people , their quality of life , their like and dislikes and how you are able to adjust to any critical situations. HR is simply nothing but life science. This will be your first step to achieve your career goal.

Hi Manikandan,
In general MSW focuses HR on a an holistic human approach and MBA focuses on strategic business approach. It is your choice to go for MBA(HR) or MSW. If you are interested in PM/ IR / Labour Welfare/Labor Laws/Corporate Communication you can surely opt for MSW. If your interested in Recruitment/Training & Development/ Change Management/ Performance Appraisal/Employee Engagement/Resource Allocation then you can go for MBA(HR).
As a HR you should make one point clear, each field mention above are wide areas and to start with you cannot master all of them, it takes years and even then you may or may not have chance to enter into all these areas.
All the best. If you have more doubts, you can write to me.

Hii Manikandan,
I will suggest you to enter into the field of MBA in HR.Because now a days there are lot of opportunities for the HR professionals..I will tel you the difference between the field of MBA(HR) and MSW..These two fields are different areas..MBA is fully based on the business where as MSW is the social work..If you want to do your MSW,better you just do your full time MBA and part time MSW..both fields are valuable..All the best for your future my friend..
