Six months back i left a company without giving notice.
i sent my resignation to the company and was accepted by the management immediately. they also issued me the relieving letter and experience letter.
But till date they did not make full and final settlement.
i sent so many reminders through email to the HR, but not response
Please suggest what i should do now.

Interesting
You left wothout notice
Obviously the company should be getting notice pay from you
You are lucky they have not filed a legal case against you for recovery
So what full and final settlement are you expecting ?

This act is not expected from an experienced person like you as a HR professional. So I would advise talk to them that after deducting notice pay as mentioned in the employment contract the rest amount to release.

This is what happens if you don’t bother to give full information. Are we suppose to assume you worked for more than 5 years ? If you give full details, someone can give proper suggestions

Gratuity is not adjusted against losses caused by you except in case like fraud or serious misconduct. For gratuity, you can make an application to the controlling authority.
But I hope you have details and proof do your joining and leaving dates as the company will contest your claim

Dear Sir,
What is the notice period mentioned in your appointment letter? If it would be of 30 days then you have to pay one month salary to the company.
Then you can claim for your full and final settlement i.e. leave encashment, pending any tour expenses, incentive if any..
Please try to resolve the matter peacefully..
Regards,
Rahul
