Default Appointment letter format

Hi friends,

Our company is planning to recruit fresh Diploma holders as Trainee detailers. I am supposed to draft a appointment letter for them. This appointment letter is different from the one we give for our existing employees as the fresh diploma holders are asked to sign an agreement with the company.

Kindly help me out........

Cheers

See all the HR guys, nowadays its a trend that people come for interview and once they receive the offer letter they will not come back and try to negotiate with their employers. So "Can we have some clause on our offer letter " stating that fail to joine on so on so date can casue you to some legal complications like They need to pay say 10 days of their basic salary as per their package. Need guidence ASAP

Reply back ASAP!
