Hi Do you Degree in HR? If not getting job in HR will be bit difficult. But even then there are few chances & you have to wait for that

As now a days there are very much competency & even the job market is bit dry I feel it is quite difficult. But any ways you should update those skills & be upto date. To be competent you should be good in all core modules right from recruitment, payroll, statutory, compliance, T & D, Counseling, Appraisal etc
