Hi Friends, I am facing problem in calculating salary breakup of team members whose salary is less than Rs. 10,000/- . Please help me in suggesting.

The CTC break up of Rs.10000/- p.m. is as follow
Component Amount p.m.
Basic 4000
HRA 2000
Coveyance 800
Medical 1250
Special All 1038

Gross 9088
PF 480
Esi 432

Hi Heena Sain, You may remove conveyance and medical from the structure to fit in Basic.
