There no any online procedure for registering Employer. For that you need to visit your local PF ESI Office for registration Procedure.
For registration process, they required Company incorporation certificate , PAN, TIN, Address, List of Directors, List of company employees along with there registration forms.
Best way you must visit your local PF,ESI office for further process.

Manual registration process is no more in vogue. 1st u download the Form-01 (Employer\'s Registration Form) and Form-1(Employee\'s registration form) from our website www.esic.nic.in. Fill in the forms n keep ready. U need to keep ready ur bank IFSc n MICR codes also. Now visit www.esic.in(This is a different site which is known as employers portal), sign up and proceed with registration. IF u need any assistance plz free to call me on mobile no:09912808011. Reg. regn under EPF act, please contact the enforcement officer of your area directly.
