Dear All,
I am having 3 years Exp in HR Profile. I was working with a start-up company. Where I was working as a HR Coordinator.I gave resignation over there last week. But I didn't get my salary slip till now. Now they are processing the salary slip. But there is no PT deduction. rather they didn't register for Professional TAX. SO if I will get that salary slip without any PT Deduction. It will be valid for other company or not.
Kindly let me know.

Hi As the organisation is not registered to PT that is the problem with the orgnisation. Any how that payslip is valid only & you should brief the same with the new employer if they ask specifically.

Hi, The liability to deduct and pay the PT is on the Employer and not on Employee and so you need not to worry about it.
