I am happy to go through your PPT. My comments are as under:

(a) Focus group for this training is not clear. Is it for all employees, or Managers, or only for those in the Sales/ Business Development role?

(b) Your content has the right emphasis on 'Communications' & 'Attitude', since both these are the basic aspects of developing effective leaders. But if you change your theme to 'Basic Soft skills for developing Leaders', the capsule may be received better by the industry.

(c) And in case you agree with my suggestion at (b) above, some reorientation of slides may be necessary to drive home the new theme.

On the whole, I appreciate your effort. You will do well if you supplement your presentation with some live examples, indicating the negative impact of the lack of communication skills & the right attitude.

Indeed, It is a good presentation. If you could use some of the videos during the training, the overall presentation would be great. A very good attempt.
