Basically There are two thing's one is 'job' and another is 'career' .

job: Same Responsibilities,No change in Work,No growth,No Training and Development.

Career: New Responsibilites, Growth in Compitency, Taking Risk, Change management, Training & development....

So one person joined in the organization as a lay man , Management Took him to the CEO Position. How It Is happening.........
