Shekar here, As we are implementing the HR Department in our organisation
we would require the MIS report of the recruitment
Can anybody suggest in this matter with fomrats & contents

Dear Shekar,

The recruitment MIS depends up on the inofrmation that you are planning to gather, Recruitment MIS is different from Organization to Organization.

The Typical MIS Reports should be as follows

1* Life Cycle of the Profile
Day on which the profile recieved, Name, present company, source of the candidate, channel of the source, date on which sent for tech panel, shortlist or not, date of telephonic/Personal Interview, final status of the profile, date of joining, offermade date, offer declined date, etc..............

2* Profiles recieved per week per position
3* Profiles per day per position
4* shortlist/reject/offer's made per week/day etc........
5* Ageing of the profiles/positions/requirements
6* Offers declined analysis.........
7* Rejection analysis

These are some reports which are mandatory for any organization when it comes to Recruitment MIS, still I feel that you can add or delete some of the above reports depending up on your requirement.

These Recruitment MIS can be of Huge help only if you analize the reports at regular intervals, and if you are planning to just to track the process by uploading the data....... then no use in having a MIS

Even I am looking for such MIS Reports on recruitment. It would be really great if you could share such reports/format in .xls format.

actually my project is on benchmarking of MIS Reports that various IT co.s maintain while conducting recruitments, if possible pls. share empty templates of such reports. TIA
