Need urgent help on leave calculation
Dear my seniors please help me on the following issue. our company have leaves of casual and medical leaves. casual leave 10/year medical leave 12/year 1/month in this regard i want to know the calculation of total number of casual and medical leave availed for an employee who start from the month of march. is there any formula available to calculate leaves on pro rata basis. please guide me on this regard. its urgent soju

I need to know whether the casual leave will affect a persons medical leave mean that if an employee has 15 days casual leave and now he takes one month medical leave the 15 days casual leave will deduct in this medical leave? and the lop will be for balance 15 days of the 30 days medical leave? please clarify my doubt i need the solution only as per private companies.

Dear all seniors please help me take a genuine decision. our company is allowing 1 sick leave and 1 casual leave per month. one of our employee took two days leave due to his illness fever. he had not met a doctor for his illness. as per our leave policy i can sanction only if he submit medical document. other wise it should be a casual leave. in this situation and as per leave policy in our company he will not get sanctioned his leave unless he submit medical document. in this way he will loose his two days salary. please advice me to take a decision on this. any option for changing one sick leave to casual leave. please advise. waiting for your comments thanks soju
