An eligible employees was applied for PF loan for plot purchase through Form 31 and obtaining loan but failed in submitting Annexure III completion certificate. what will be the employer's liability in this scenario?

If the P.F authority finds that there is breach of terms of sanction of P.F loan, theP.F commissoner may issue necessary directions to the employer with regard to recovery of loan from wages of employee etc. So the employer may await the instructions of P.f authority in this regard.
