Currently i am working with Indus Towers as an finance executive for last two years. I am satisfied with my job.even my top seniors are happy with my work.
one of my senior referred me for a position in his last company Viom Networks as an offrole on same profile..
just few days back i am promoted to team leader here. i have no means for offrole or on role..i have to work & my work is my salary. i am married & a 3 year school going son.
currently i am getting 18 k & new company offering me 25 k in hand...i just need your suggestion what to do.. now i am 34 yeras old...i have 6 years job experience.
current company will give me atleast 2 k extra in my next increment in August.
please help
