The foremost reason for employees leaving organization is largely based on the factor - They are threatened about job, income etc., even involutary terminations can give work force effects. Loosing employees is a serious issue and retention techniques should be encountered by the employers heedful practices.
Preeminent way to identify the employee retention is based on group/induvidual survey's and wiegh the results aptly. This is the only effective way to improve retention and employee relations.

Apart from the listed "internal" reasons, i would like to "external" reasons for people to leave :
1. Employee leaving for full time higher education - in India or abroad
2. Employee relocating after marriage - both male & females
3. Female employee leaving after child birth, particularly if they are in nuclear family.
4. Employee getting offer from Gulf States - to earn a quick buck, etc
