Date is 15 days from the last day of preceeding month. 6 days are additional grace period. Refer the PF Rules for better clarity

Statutorily it is by15 th of the following month but there is a grace period of 5 days as per very old administrative circular which is not to be taken as a routine for all the months to come.
So it is advisable to deposit the dues by 15th of the month but one can avail 5 days grace in case of any valid reason subject to the condition that RPFC will count the delay of 6 days if it is deposited on 21 st.

Dear friend
As per rules,
1) PF amount to be remitted to SBI by 15th of every month. If 15th falls on a weekly off / holiday, pay it by last working day before 15th to avoid any penalty / explanation. The grace period is given only in case of genuine reason to the satisfaction of PF authorities, but can not avail all occasions.
2) Form 2 (new joinee intimation) to EPF office by 15th of next month (if anybody joined in Jan, by 15th Feb you have to inform the same to EPF authorities)
3) PF return remittance receipt received from Bank (bank challan) to EPF authorities max by 25th of every month.
Hope I could give a little insight in to your query
