Hi,
I am working as a HR Executive. Currently our company is giving salary increment based on their joining date. (Ex: If one candidate joined on February means, his hike would be next February. Likewise other months also). But, now Our company is planning to derive a policy decision for employee\'s annual salary increment, that is yearly once for all employees. Could anyone please guide me in this regard?

Giving increments once in year for all eligible employees makes enormous sense, as it brings a sense of discipline & seriousness to the entire process.
You can follow any 12 month appraisal cum increment cycle like Apr-Mar, July-Jun or Jan-Dec.
Within this cycle, increments should be proportionately given based on DOJ.
Hope this helps.
