hi,need help.
i'm on a visit visa in uae and was offer a job by a company. i signed the appointment letter but now i decided to cancel my job application. they have my passport on hold and they said they will process my employment visa. my question is there any legal implications if i will cancel my job application?. can i get my passport without any restrictions from the company?do i need to pay a certain amount?

Dear Friend,
It seems a sudden change of mind on your part. How long its been since you're employed with this Organisation, what salary, designation, period of contract etc. What's the notice period clause. Referring to your appointment letter pls do tell name of city and state where jurisdiction matter may be settled.
I am sure if they have processed your VISA and incurred a lot of expenses on you it would not be easy to get away from the situation. Pls also clarify the duration and type of VISA (tourist or work permit) your Organisation has arrange for you.

no worries now,i already got my passport and they didnt charge me of anything..(what a relief) :)
now im thinking of going home but if i find a better job offer here maybe i would accept to.. inshallah
