Hi I am working as an Hr executive in IT-hardware company and looking for any small scale CSR activity for about 50 employees.Please give your valuable suggestions. Thanks Neha

Hi Neha :

CSR being Corporate social responsibility you need to plan some activity which extends help outside the organisation. You can probably organise a drive to collect old clothes from employees and donate the same to a NGO. Also your employees can visit a NGO as a team and donate some eatables or sponsor something which the NGO requires or plan a evening of Fun for the inmates at the NGO etc.
