Please see the attached unsafe photos taken by 7th april 13 in my site,i stopped all at once and removed out of operation for the immediate repairing,be aware if you see like this actions at your site keep an eye on it and try to get it correct as soon as you can.hope it may be useful for all.

Let me ask ask some question from your picture Second pictures did they (Operator) done a daily checklist for the crane?
Why the operator stop the work while hydraulic is leaking?
Where is your site supervisor?
What is your action on this matter only stop the work and repair the hydraulic leak?
Let me ask one more question how can you prevent this in future?

Dear Raghu,
FYI,the project currently running is on delay and deadline so they are not taking seriouse safety issues and your answers is I my self stop the operation before the rigging may start at job site and i have inspected the crane before that is why i found out this issue and informed other guys to obey the safety rules.
