Dear HR Faternity, I have a question about Bonus limit and act. what are the registers to be maintained and how to maintained the same under act. with regards Manmohan singh

As regards to registers to be maintained under the Act, you need to maintain following registers:
1. Form A : Register for Available and Allocable Surplus;
2. Form B : Register for Set Off and Set on; &
3. Form C : Register for Bonus Payment.
You need to submit annual return in Form D.
Now as regards to how to maintain the above registers etc., it can not be explained in this forum. You need to hire some one like me to guide you. I will be glad to visit Shimla. Hope you are from Shimla.

3. WHAT SALARY WILL BE IN COLUMN NO. 7 (TOTAL BASIC OR GROSS)
