Hi All,

Now it is proved my statement that we HR people are lazy. Quiet few days , there was no new posts are threads. No replies to the queries. You might ask why don't you do the replies to such unanswered posts or threads. My answer for that, I don't want to mislead people by wrong answers. Unless I am competent enough to answer any posts, I will not do any replies with the wrong answers.

So accept the fact, HR people are not behaving like HR or playing the role of HR.
