Hi, what are the reasons employees are apply for withdraw PF and Pension amount ,after two months his/her resign. please give clarity on this .

because of company retention strategies. If any company having good retetion strategies empolyees will not leave company, hence no body will be intrested in withdrawing PF OR PENSION Amount.
In this time period .we can transfer his existing pf a/c to new company a/c number. - vidhiyan
Hai , I have worked in a company from 01-12-2012 to 31-05-2013.I have applied for withdraw the pension benifits & submitt the from 10 C to PF authority.
But they have rejected my claim on ground of working less then 6 months.

Please advise.

Dear Mr. Sharma Yes if we get the pension we need to contribute minimum 6 months of service is required for eligibility
Hi Sir, Already i applied Provident Fund amout. But till now i did’t received any messge or PF amount.
