Hi, what are the reasons employees are apply for withdraw PF and Pension amount ,after two months his/her resign. please give clarity on this .

because of company retention strategies. If any company having good retetion strategies empolyees will not leave company, hence no body will be intrested in withdrawing PF OR PENSION Amount.

Hai , I have worked in a company from 01-12-2012 to 31-05-2013.I have applied for withdraw the pension benifits & submitt the from 10 C to PF authority.
But they have rejected my claim on ground of working less then 6 months.
Please advise.
