Delay in salary payment & pf contribution payment
Hello everyone greetings of the day i have joined iljin electronics india private limited on may 21st 2015 as a senior executive hrd. for the first month i got my salary on 15th of june & for june month still i am waiting for the salary & also waiting for the transfer of pf amount from my previous company. my current organization haven t paid esic & pf contribution from last 4 months. financial position of my company is quite strong but when we ask about the salary from accounts department they say we are paying companies loans that s why delay in salary. my hr department have not even taken my pf number from last 3 months now i am planning to file complaint against the company i request you to suggest me the suitable way or action.

Dear sir/madam this is sanjay singh. my company is a private limited company registered in chennaitamilnadu. they have 2 months notice period or payment in lieu. i gave them 1 month notice and ready to give 1 month payment as per company policies. i was working for their client for last 7 months. when i resigned in my company and the same i discussed with client also.my company didn t informed their client about my relieving and they have accepted my notice and was ready for 1 month payment and 1 month notice. they informed their client before 7 days of my leaving date.the client was unhappy with this as they did the same before also. even they assured the client that my replacement will join them soon but nothing had happened and i had been off. now they are not giving me my relieving letter and asking me for 3 months salary as they said that client will not give them payment. the client have broken all the relations with my company. my company is sending me mails saying that they will take legal action against me as because of me they loose their client. please suggest me as i am in big trouble.please thanks sanjay

Respected dear seniors q1. i would like to know that is gratuity payment in private limited company a which is mandatory just the same as epf regulations ? q2. if yes is payment of gratuity through lic premium an good option ? i was told by lic personnel that the amount of premium will be decided after submitting the number of employee dob date of joining etc.. q 3.another questions is that .. is the premium amount to wholly by the company or will that of payment norms as done in epf in a part is both paid by contributions of employee share & employer share in respect to basicda salary i will be very obliged if our dear seniors can elaborate and simply the answers. thanking you. sangita
Last date of payment of salary
Hi seniors this supriya i am working in a it company i have a small query according to payment of wages act every concern has to pay salary latest by 10th. we are paid salary every month by 15th. i referred to the payment of wages act and informed my sr.manager that we should pay the salaries atleast by 10th of every month. he asked me a counter question that it is for payment of wages and for salary. i am confused. does a salaried person is not included in payment of wage act? can a company pay salary at its will?? please help me... in hopes of getting help soon thanks & regards supriya
