Dear Friends, Can u help me what is earned leave encashment rule as Factory Act ?

Dear, The Factories Act contains provision for Annual leave (Section 79). Sub-section 3 & 11 states the conditions regarding payment of wages i lieu of the annual leave to the credit to an employee who is leaving the services.
