Indeed, One great team can transform an entire organization. This particular introduction to the document attracted me to read the document from page 1 to page 3 even though I had a lot of work to do at the time. I am happy I read it. I have numerous literature on team building but after reading this one, I realised I had very little on the topic. the document vividly explained the basis for teambuilding by refering to people, values and culture. I am so greatful about how the author treated the topic. I will share this literature with my colleagues at a workshop tomorrow.
