Greetings!!!
I am facing a major obstacle in terms of setting up a vertical in L n D department. Well, we are planning to introduce a concept called as "Knowledge base" in same lines as Aditya Birla's Gyanodaya. The main objective is continuous learning and improvement in employment engagement activities.
So, need your expertise in how do I really start?
Next, is the training grid. Again, a base knowledge of how to go initiate?

First i want to appreciate you. Recently i was faced many problems from unit level employees to all.
And i want to develop some new practice in Human Resource.
And i want to know your intention, when did u feel and what situation helps to you to seed this idea in your brain.

Well, is a SBU with around 300 Employees. So the structure will be covering all the team members in one knowledge based workshop which adds to the personal development of an individual. The end result should be that an Employee gets extra knowledge beyond work. The areas again will be focused to strengthen the personal capabilities to achieve more success. I hope I was able to answer your question (Cite Contribution).

Venkatesh, as I mentioned earlier we are growing company established with a sole objective of working. So, when an Employee gets up in morning, the feeling he has is "ohhhhh...again" and when he leaves,"ohhhh...one more day to go"...its imperative that either he does not enjoy his work or besides monetary compensation we are not doing anything. So, I want to change or alter that feeling of OHHHH...to WOW....I know its unrealistic dream, but if Semco or Aviva life insurance or Aditya Birla can do it,why cant we?
