Hi All,
How would you design a Decision Support System (DSS) for HR in your organization?
Do you think computerizing the HR processes would speeden up the decision making?
Do you think HR can provide crucial inputs to the top-management and also that by placing a DSS, do you think it would improve time and quality?
Is anybody working on this?
Kindly explain.
