If you cant help someone dont demoralise him.

Rubina, there is nothing to cry about or feel bad about. HR is a very important Department in a Company, where communication just flow. In this department, one should have very good verbal and written communication.
Imagine, if any employee of his company is reading this, what impression that fellow will carry and spread, "My HR do not have knowledge and his language is worse"...
Asking someone to improve is not bad...

I agree with you Sanjeev. Our language should be decent. Being an HR it is our responsiblity to motivate others not to demoralise them.

...then tomorrow, you people come and say that HR is not respected by management and other departments. How it can happen, when people do not have the basic subject knowledge (it is ok, not everyone can be expert) and then they do not know...how to ask for help...

Regarding the language being decent or not decent...everyone is working in office for some purpose...no one is doing charity. We are not working to impress others...there is a cut throat competition and we are in bad-bad world...
No one can motivate you...until and unless you decide to motivate yourself....
