Dear Sir,
Presently i am working in diagnostics co. in gujarat. I want to resign from my post of off.assistant with one month notice period as per appointment letter. I have 32 days PL leave balance from the joining date. I want to use my balance leave in my notice period. so suggest me well format with full & final settlement format including one month notice period of resign letter.
Also advice me for withdraw of my pf amount legally by company. (i want to quit my pf account).
After your advice i submit the resign letter.

Hi,
I hope the organizations are not allowed to take the leaves in notice period if you send the your appointment or your company leave policy we can suggest.
if you have office system and mail id then give the notice period & resignation mail do not forget put cc to your personal mail if you do not have it write down the own words and do not forget the to have hard copy on the same.
You have to apply for PF after 60 days from your last working day
