Hi, My senior CSO of the company used very rude and abusive language in the office and asked me to leave this organization on the spot and I am a top performer in my department and I have got two times RNR for my performance. I don\'t have any other problems also like behavior issues, work-related my all status is good.
Now suggest me for the same. What should I do? I want to take legal action against him.

You have written I have talked my manager but you have not written what he said. and you have not mentioned what made CSO to use abbusive language.
unless we get some information we cannot advise you. write descriptive rather than objective.

Hello Saurabh Chauhan,
Based on your posting, here are the other details needed that WOULD enable the members to give realistic suggestions.
1] Does your Sr CSO behave the same way with other HR staff too?
2] You mentioned that you spoke to your manager reg this issue--what did he say & did he bring it to the attention of the Management? If not, why not? And if yes, what was the result?
3] What was the ACTUAL situation when your Sr CSO abused you? I am sure that must have been HIS response--to what?
4] When the abusing incident happened, were there any other employees around--who witnessed what happened?
5] Was this the first time it happened or did such situations occur earlier too? If yes, did you take it to the attention of your HR Boss--and what was his/her response/reaction?
Pl give all the details so that the member responses will be more accurate--pl note that the focus of the members will be to give you ACCURATE & REALISTIC solution(s), rather than a one-off response, which MIGHT effect your career ADVERSELY.
Rgds,
TS

Yes he is doing this kind of behavr on rglr basis and the female staff also and my manager is female.
As I mentioned that he. Z do dat why I am so confused dat wat to do. ing dis behavior on regular basis..my manager z also on notice period nd she was there only when he was doing all dis...nd the management staff like d center head of my organization was also there only.  and my other team mambers were stading outside the cabin, they all are aware abt this case.
this tym dis happens on regular feedback meeting on internal hiring of my organization...I would like to mention that I am a top performer in my team nd I am handling the hiring part and other issue of my organization.
According to me after giving such a best perfomance dis kind of behavior should not be acceptable..
now kindly suggest for the same.

Dear Saurabh,
I understand your agony and problems. Before deciding some thing really harsh, just put on some thinking caps.
1. Whether the CSO has abused you without any justification.
2.Even while scolding, he has used any unparliamentary words..In your mail you have mentioned some foul languages he has used.
3. Have you recorded his scoldings... Nowadays there are plenty of gadgets available, to record other man's speech. This will stand as an evidence for you to prove incase you are asked to submit a proof.
4. Last but not least, has his scolding or abusing has a reason behind it..? ie. Are you at a fault for his scolding ...Whether you have commited any blunders he can't tolerate...
Consider all this and come to a conclusion as to plan for next course of action.
Best of luck..and regards..
