Dear sir,
i mr gunvant solanki working in pvt.ltd co., earlier was a partnership firm,
our company was not giving pf but they were giving the employees ppf amount of rs.350, reason being there were not more than 20 employees.
I visited vaishano devi temple last month, for which i had given leave application to my boss,but it was not approved since i had only 4 days leave available
when i returned from vaishnodevi, company had sent me the termination letter that you are terminated from your job without giving me any notice period.
They are not giving me last month salary that is january 2013 and no reason for termination.
I need to claim from my company to settle my dues, my balance amount of pf and conveyance and gratuity.
I am working their from feb.2009 till date.
Please suggest further course of action to be taken to clear my dues from company at the earliest.

Talk to the HR personnel firstly then make any conclusions, since you got the termination letter it must have mentioned the reason for termination. With regards to Notice Pay if it is mentioned in the Appointment Letter then you are eligible for the same. Lastly with regards to your other outstanding it should be paid on your Full and Final Settlement. Kindly inquire

u need to enquire from HR dept & rush labour court if output is negative , this will put a lot of pressure on your employer .
