This is Ravinder and i have little bit confusion about factory visit expenses which is i have bear at that time can any one guide me how much claim i submitted to my HR department, or that day i came late at bid night at 1:00 AM should i give next day holiday or not and also tell me how much conveyance i am submitted to my HR.

From Your query it seems that you have gone for official tour to visit factory and came back late night at 1.00 a.m. & your query is.....
1) How much conveyance expences I should show to HR to get the reimbursement ?
2) Am I eligible to get compensatory off on next day because I came late i.e. at 1.00a.m.?
If above are your questions I suggest following.................
1) Conveyance reimbursement policy differ from company to company. you need to check what policy you have in your company?
You can get the travelling/Boarding/Meals expenses incurred by you during your official tour (but you need to produce the valid bills. of minimum 80% to get the reimbursement.
Now about your compensatory off on next day....................
2) mostly all companies gives at least 1/2 day concession if he reaches latenight (12.am onwards)
Check your company policy regarding this.

There are so many peoples who wants to join the cite HR and want to ask questions but they afraid of english language..................
Sometimes they ask the question but because of the language barrier they unable to express it properly.....................
I want to make a humble request to CITE HR Moderators to look into this matter and develope site in such a way that.................
The people can put their query in their own language and it should be get translated in English.........
I know it is difficult but please think about if you can do it..............................
