Dear Roshni it is advisable to send registered letter to the employer and demand for the F&F . or take help of industrial Lawyer .

Dear Roshni,
I will advice your friend to escalate this matter to the senior management and if needed visit them peronally n make them feel guilty morally. No need to use bad word and derogatory language but put up facts n figures n let them feel guilty of not doing justice to you.
try this trick & best of luck.

Dear Roshni,
My view is to look for a solution, ethically and also legally. Please make a detailed letter addressed to the HR head about the happening, the total history of what happened and the response you received from the office, in registered post. This may give them a chance to know on what is happening in their concerned Dept and also to work on the F&F. This may also help u out in future if the circumstance force you to go legally.

There is no easy way.Send a notice via registered post with AD.Then file a labour dept complaint against them.Follow up your complaint via RTI.This will give impetus to your complaint as labour dept are very lethargic in pursuing complaint. What they usually do is forward your complaint to same company & ask for reply. They wont even follow up whether the concerned co replied or not. This im telling you from a practical exp of a friend.RTI reply was that we have forwarded your complaint to the co & havent got a reply. My frnd is now following it up with an appeal via RTI.I dont blame co bcoz they will always like to squeeze money out of employees but i am embarrassed by govt officials(i am talking about under secretary in state Govt as APIO for RTI) who don't do their duty while taking our hard earned money as salary & perks.I am planning to create a topic regarding this soon.

Hi,
I think you should write a letter to the senior manager that your last salary is pending . Also inform that you are in need of money.
U have to wait till they process the payment . I think you should not go for legal cases.

Miss Lipika,
There are many small org where proprietor is the mgmt.I also dont suggest legal procedure as it is costly as well as time taking with no scope for early resolution.Unless govt officials working in labour dept are woken up from their slumber by RTI there is no other way.For this all employees have to file complaint as well as file RTI unitedly.
