Default Transaction Analysis

Hello All,

Transaction Analysis is undoubtedly one of the powerful OD Intervension techniques.

But the analysis of transactions are done only when the transactions are complete, I presume.
If so, how can transaction Analysis be helpful to an individual. Or is it that the transactions of a person are analysed and the person is subjected to some sort of behavioural training?

How exacltly does this analysis of transactions help in developing the organization?

Please explain, and share your experience in TA, if any.
