Hi please give your views as to whether a corporate wellness management programme/ corporate fitness programme is existent in india and whether it would work in indian companies. corporate fitness programmes are very successful abroad and given the increasing weightage to fitness and health the companies are getting friendlier towards this programme. they have experienced better productivity lower absenteeism greater interest among the employees for their work and increasing employee loyalty. i would appreciate if people reply to this post and participate in the poll. i need to get views and opinions about the feasibility of a corporate fitness programme in india. regards vinisha.
