Dear All HR Frends,

As I came to know that, lots of our HR frends are found difficulty getting new revised form no.-27. I am attaching herewith
NEW FORM NO.-27- ANNUAL MAHARASHTRA FACTORY ACT RETURN FORMAT.

Hope this will release the tension & make easy feel about legal /statutory compliance & enjoy the HR work.

Let me know if there is any upper limit on no of hours worked per week.
How many fire extinguishers should be there? Is there any rule according to the area of factory?
Is there any rule for No. of toilets & latrines according to area of factory?
