PLANNING CAREER IN TRAINING

Dear All,

I am a generic HR professional, with around two years of work exp.

Now i am planning to get into hard core training.

Can anyone please help me with the name of some good organisations/consultants(in Delhi/NCR), that hires trainers and send them at client side for training their employees/students etc.

I would truly value any suggestions or inputs from your side, regarding the same.

Hello,

I am working as a recruiter from past 4 yrs. Having 10 months of experience in HR generalist . I would like to have experience into compensation Management, Performance appraisal etc.

Can anyone suggest how do I move towards HR generalist profile.

I am a B.Com Graduate done my DNIIT and DHRM. Currently I am pursuing my Part-time MBA.

Pls suggest what do i need to do to get a break in generalist profile.
