Hi !

Need a Designation chart for an Software firm. We have different departments in our Organization : -

Management
HR & Admin
Accounts
SQA (Testing team)
SWD (Software development team)
Medical Transcription
Networking

Can somebody help me out in this?

I think there are one and same right? but anyways i need to schedule the promotion calender wherein i have to add more designation in the flow. So can you please help me in this?

Do you have a designation chart, as i mentioned, i am looking for the promotion scheduler for which i need to have a list of designation within different department with the relevant experience(eligibility for the designation which talks about past and current experience) so that we can think of planning it. Currently we are facing problems in this procedure as till the date promotion was done just when management realised once performance but i think this brought down other employee to feel bad.

Please help to solve this issue.

Dear Peer, my requirement is also similar to that of Payal's. but, i dont find anything that suits my need.please help me to come out with an ORG chart and designation chart for a outsourcing and staffing company.
