October salary pending
Dear seniors i was working as a hr recruiter in a recruitment firm from the past 1 yr and 9 mnths.the business was slow in the past few months so the revenue was less.suddenly on 10 november2012 we were informed by my senior manager that that the management is closing the delhi unit.they would not continue with us anymore.she asked me to resign giving 15 november as the last date.we were not given our october salary till then.i asked for my salaryshe said it will be given on 17 november2012.she said all the employees in the head office has also not got their salary.it has been decided by the management that everyone would be given on 17 november.i agreed on it and then i did a mistake.it was a mistake as i didnt take advice from seniors.i resigned on 12 november in the hope that i would get my salary on 17 november.after that i asked on 17 november for my salary she said that i would get it on 19 november.i called her on 19 november and she didnt answer my calls.i wrote a mail to her and the director for my salary.i spoke to the director and he said i would get my october salary.but i didnt get my salary till now and following on.i would like to get a advise on this about how to move forward and get my october salary which is pending.

Hi guys i was working with a company for 2.5 years. i got 1 apprisal when i was going to leave the company before 1.5 years ago. so due to some communication between me and my boss. i decided and i resign12102021. but my salary was going to come after 24 days16102021. but i resign due to their misbehave of saying that i will have to beg them for sorry and many more. now they ask me for a notice period i start giving it is approx 5 days today. but i did not receive my last month s salary. so i ask with them that i need my salary please give it to me. if i hand over all the projects to you and your laptop etc. because i am on wfh. so they say after five days that we do not need your notice period. we want our software. that i was already going to give them. but they say that they will test the code and software with another developer which they will hire. it is already 5 days after my resign that i found that i am not going to receive my salary and they do not want my resign and they also not giving me my document. i really become very frustrated. i do not have money. and when i say that i will go to labor court. then says go and take your money in court. and they are also saying that they will ask for money if any bugs are found in the software. guys please let me what should i do and what is my legal rights. thank you
Maternity leave and pay not given and asking me to resign and rejoin later
Hi i had informed my company that i was pregnant when i was about 3 months pregnant they said that they would give me maternity leave and i worked till my due date and when i asked later they said they didnt have any rules like that but asked me to resign and rejoin instead with an increment in the salary. now when i am ready to rejoin they are saying we don t have vacancies. can i send them legal notice for not paying me for maternity and asking me to resign and rejoin.

Hi friends this is vimala hr in a software company. i am directly under the supervision and guidance of the director as ours is a start up company and there is no other hr. due to nonregular sal payment and absence of appraisal after completion of one year and internal politics employees started to resign and leave the company. now the director is very upset with this and for couple of them he is saying he is not goin to pay their salary for last month as they didnt complete their work. but the reason for them to leave early is that the director has been shouting and scolding them. now in this situation what should i do as a hr? i need all your suggestion and advice please. expecting your response. thanks and regards vimala
Resign or not too plz advice
I am working with an mnc in gurgaon in sales on the post of sales manager. but my employer specially my sr. wants me to resign on the pretext of some of the messages exchanged on personal numbers at we hours in night around 10.30pm firstly hr manager misguided me about the hr policy and told me u should resign now or we will make u leave at that point of time i thought its ok to resign if they dnt want to work with me anymore n i resigned. but after an hour or so when i read my appointment letter again where it is stated that i m the confirm employee of the company i cancelled my resignation by my official mail n till that time i didnt received any acceptance from the hr and wrote that i have been misled by the hr manager. after that i was again called for the meeting with hr head of the co. n legal advisors but they just wanted me to leave and doesnt wanted to listen to me and i have taken print out of some mails which i had sent to my senior in past 6 months about the issues i m facing in my location and he never replied to any of them so far. and told the all of this led to this msg exchange in which i didnt used any unprofessional language or inappropriate words. but the didnt listened to anything n just want to me to leave n now the notice period is of 30days in this company n i m out of job after 30 days if doesnt found 1 soon. i want to extand my notice period on i want to continue working under new senior as my current boss have some special grudges against as in past to he wanted me to resign despite performing really good. please advice wat to do as i wan to fight for my pride and dignity regards dimpy.
Emailing an offer makes a offer letter ?
So i joined this company a month back they took my interview and sent an offer by mailing it just a written text on email with ctc disclosure they didnt formulated any prefect offer letter on letter head where i have signed and accepted and they have sent me with proper company seal . so after joining the company i still didnt get any offer letter as they told me that candidates would leave the company by negotiating with other company so they didnt provide me offer letter and similarly it went one month and i didnt receive my appointment and now they are telling me that i need to adher the rules and regulations of the policy ? can they take any legal actions against me when they didnt provide any offer or appointment letter although they have given one month salary by cheque does this i m the employee of that company . please reply as soon as possible .thanks in advance
