Dear Durga,
Ankita understands your situation and has give some good tips. So, let me ask you a few questions to clarify your situation. What do you do and where (in which industry)? What course are you on and for how long should you address and whom? Is it part of your formative or summative assessment?
What work have you done so far to prepare for the speech? Are you looking for a 3-page note "on-a-plate"?

Those days when internet and google facilities were not available, people (Old timers like me), use to visit liabraries, browse the books, take the relevant topic books, patiently read them, understand them, and take notes. Then we use them (only where it is necessary and not copy them- as copying is just a plagiarism) for essays or speeches (Remeber-Quotes and Idioms can be copied and used with their authors name).
You just want to present (like a postman job) what ever you are given by others, without even putting some effort from your side.
Pls do not do it for your own sake.
Put your right side of your brain also some work. It will sure help you in the long run of your life.
Regards,
